 at 5:03 PMwoke up at 9+ . woah , texted wenye & junhui a goodmorning . then went to help out with making moontart&mooncake . lol ! my mother luh , make us laugh laugh laugh . ey , *frowns* i laugh until i drop my mooncake :X fun lah dey ! texted people with oily fingers :D okays , i took lots of pictures also kay ! . step by step de hor . you see ahh . Making MOONTART .  Step 1 : Prepare ingredients . Step 2 : Make the dough ! Step 3 : mix & make the shapes . Step 4 : Apply egg yolk on top of the finished ones . Step 5 : Throw it into the oven for 15 minutes :D TAAAADAAA . And you get moontarts ! Step 6 : Wrap it nicely in plastics boxesso that you can give it to your friends or family . making snowskin mooncake :  Step 1 : Weigh out the flour . (ooops ruined dough) *ignore this!* Step 2 : Mix the dough in whatever colour you want . Step 3 : place dough ball with lotus paste in it inside the mould . AND TAAADAAA ; you get snowskin mooncakes ! I tried putting chocolate in it :X Step 4: Wrapping it with aluminium wrap so as to not let the choc melt .Store in Refrigerator .
